This isn't what you want to hear- but it depends. It depends where you're currently at, how fast you want to go and how efficient you are at implementing. We cannot give you a ‘one size fits all’ prescription. It takes time to tweak the knobs in your business and make it great.
Don't expect everything to change dramatically over night. Positive changes do happen quickly though.. Changing the way you scout for events is quickly going to impact your event acquisition rate but pocketing the profits from those events may not happen until a few months down the road.
Listen carefully, implement consistently, be patient- and you'll get the quickest results.
